| I hate the whole "pay it forward" thing at Starbucks. The people behind you in line likely get coffee there every single day and can afford it. While, sure, it is a nice gesture - it's unnecessary. Generously tip your barista instead. Or go to a local coffee shop, who uses your money to pay for their kid's dance lessons.
