👋🏽 hi it’s me who called out her slow pace on YT. As someone who *actually* runs, I cannot understand her approach to running. The “carb loading”, the excessive electrolytes, the fueling with gels in a 5 or 10k. She is a wealth of bad information and takes herself way too seriously. She’s fat and slow and a walker. The end!

You are right, but yesterday I said I don't even think an inpatient stay at one of those expensive mental hospitals for rich people would fix her. She thinks nothing's wrong with her and that is the root of her problems right there.
