I don't even think an inpatient stay at one of those expensive mental hospitals for rich people would fix her. She thinks nothing's wrong with her and that is the root of her problems right there.
Totally serious here: I think following your curiosity is a good way to begin.
I need to pick up a book tonight. I get a little twitchy when it's been a few days
Also I think I'd need to google to help me out with some prompts. Plus, there's room for debate: like can you count (American) John Irving as a Canadian author now that he's had Canadian citizenship for a few years? I mean, you're just reading for yourself...
I would love to know how the writers get paid, how the licensing works and all of that with libraries -- I think it could be interesting to learn. But that's a rabbit hole I don't have time to go down
I love Libby and Hoopla. There is just a wealth of books available through my library. Plus, my Libby has magazines. And my Hoopla also has music, movies, and TV. I am so grateful to have so much available. I'm going to listen to the new Green Day album on Hoopla
Writers make money when we borrow library books/ebooks/audiobooks.
What I hate most about this so-called "privacy" she wanted around the surgery is they had to specify it's not cancer as if that's the absolute worst thing someone could be diagnosed with. I say this as a cancer survivor. I just think it was a shitty way to word things. I mean, it's shitty to get a cancer diagnosis anyway but it's not always a death sentence. I think she would have been better off just telling the truth.
So what do y'all think of her comeback? I thought she looked/seemed slightly less deranged than usual, which was actually nice to see. I haven't watched the synchronicity video yet, so I might have to take back what I said I still think she's crazy though
I didn't bother to screenshot it, but in that vlog, you can really see how beat up her cheapass sofa looks. I would be ashamed to own such a POS piece of furniture -- especially in gray which is just drab anyway. I've seen clothing with better quality fabric!
