I agree about Desi looking for a geographical cure for what ails her, which will never work. Before she was Darling Desi, she & Jared had a go at it with their previous YT channel The GlobeGoers (8 whole videos) where they wanted to travel the world and vlog it -- then again, this was when they were going to adopt an African baby.

I've wondered this too. Alcohol is a known carcinogen and I was told to limit it, from my oncologist.
I have no interest in watching her comeback. Can you even call it a comeback if it's just a pattern at this point to delete videos, go silent, then reappear?

I finished silent patient last week. It was okay. It kept me interested and there was a twist at the end but the twist was really predictable.
