Dear Paula,
My advice to you would be to read Untamed, and divorce your husband. With that you will hopefully get rid of the curveballs for atleast 50% of your time. I also encourage you to buy a peloton and work out 4 hrs a day and not take a shower for couple of days.
I would also recommend you travel aimlessly around the world, rediscovering yourself. During my travels I rediscovered my love for the meat again. Word of advice is to always carry an extra spork.
Crying for couple of days always makes me feel better but if you are still feeling down, you can repost a quote with "THIS" written on it. Therapy is really important too so I advice you find a fraud Instagram guru to talk to instead of a certified professional. Hope my advice makes you feel better.
