| I had zero gray hairs at 40 but my sister was completely gray by that age and my cousin went gray before 30. My daughter is 33 and has 3 gray hairs.
On another note, I heard they did a survey and 40% of adults sleep with a stuffed animal! WTF! |

| | Where was it that Steven flew alone to “lock in airline miles”? That story sounded phony to me especially if they were both flying to Vegas for New Years. I’m curious if it has something to do with the sale of the house. If I knew my house was going to be listed for sale the beginning of February I for sure wouldn’t have had it decorated in December like Christmas puked all over every room. |

| | In my neck of the woods it’s usually the cash sales that move that quickly, which happened frequently during Covid lockdown when more people were moving back to their hometown from out of state. Houses my daughter looked at were going for well over asking price. Home prices here are still way overpriced for flip houses. Pittsburgh used to have a reasonably priced housing market but due to gentrification in many neighborhoods the houses are triple to quadruple what they should be. Or you have a $600,000 flip sandwiched between two rundown houses worth $40K each. Sorry for derailing the thread! Lol |

| | Usually when there is an offer on the table it gets marked as contingent or sale pending, the house is still listed as ‘for sale’. Although I’ve seen after a price reduction multiple offers will come in and it goes into a bidding war. All best and final offers due by end of business day on a certain date. If that’s the case it will show up in a day or two on the site. My daughter has been house hunting and we’ve seen this happen over and over. |

| | After looking through the listing more closely on Red Fin I was surprised to see they have propane for heating and hot water and a septic system. Not what I would expect for the price of that home. But I’m going on what homes are like in my area. We have an all electric home due to gas not being available, and propane for heat at our lake cottage. |

I almost drowned in Lake Erie around that same age, and my two older sisters were holding my hands. Needless to say I’ve been terrified of going under water ever since. All it takes is one big wave. |
